You will be guided through a series of supported poses, using props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, to fully relax your body and mind. During the session, a skilled massage therapists will provide a 10 minute chair massage for each student, enhancing the restorative effects of the practice.The class is perfect for anyone looking to relieve stress, ease chronic pain, improve flexibility, or simply unwind.
